All proceeds from the Art Fusion and Raffles will be donated to the Childhood Cancer Foundation and the Flinders Neo-Natal Unit.

Tickets will be $30 per day or $50 for 2 days and can be purchased from your local Tattoo Studio from September or from the venue on the day, however please note that TICKETS ARE LIMITED so get in quick so that you don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity.

Am Wochenende des 30.03. / 01.04.2012 kehrt dieTattoo-Kunst zurück in die Europahalle von Castrop Rauxel. Viele Jahre lang war diese Schauplatz einer der besten deutschen Conventions überhaupt. Ebenso Veranstalter „Michael M.“ aus Dortmund, der in der Szene als eines der Urgesteine kein Unbekannter ist.

Nun setzt er alle Hebel in Bewegung um den Ruhrpott seine älteste Convention zurückzubringen.
„Es war an der Zeit, in der schönen Europahalle wieder eine Tattoo-Convention zu veranstalten“, sagt er entschlossen. „Klar gibt es Veranstaltungen rundherum, aber Castrop war immer ein Highlight zum Saisonbeginn und das soll auch wieder so werden! Wir werden alles tun um auch dem nicht so szene-festen Interessenten die Nähe der Szene angenehm zu gestalten.

Hier erwarten ihn keine „tätowierten Asis“, sondern deutsche und internationale Haut- und Körperkünstler von Rang. Wir wollen Tattoo und Piercing dem Ruhrpott wieder näher bringen.“
Immerhin werden renommierte Tätowierer die Stände besetzen, in Stil und Form, ebenso vielfältig wie in ihrer Herkunft. An weiteren Ständen erwartet den Besucher alles rund um das Thema Tattoo und Piercing, von der Mode über Wohnaccessoires bis zur Kunst und Information.

Das Bühnenprogramm ist vielfältig. Neben Live-Musik kann sich jeder Besucher auf verschiedene Shows freuen.
Die Bühnenshows wechseln mit Bühnen-Talk.

Selbstverständlich wird das tägliche Highlight der Tattoo-Contest sein.

Hier entscheidet eine hochkarätig besetzte Jury aus Fachleuten über die Qualität und Ausführung der von den stolzen Trägern präsentierten Tattoos auf der Bühne. In diversen Kategorien räumen die besten Tätowierer und Nachwuchstätowierer dann speziell für diese Convention angefertigte Preise und Pokale ab.

The 2012 Black Diamond Blues & Tattoos Convention will be held March 30th thru April 1st, 2012 at the Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This event will showcase some of the most talented award winning tattoo artists in the Midwest along with a variety of entertainment including live musical performances by today’s hottest blues bands all 3 days, tattoo contests, performers, and an art Fusion show. The art work from the art fusion will be on display until 4:00 PM on Sunday. At that time the Art will be auctioned and sold to the highest bidder with the proceeds going to the Autism Society of America. There will be unique vendors, and a tattoo lottery with the proceeds going to Shriner’s Childrens Hospitals. The Sloan Convention Center will have a full bar set up at this event and the Jager Girls will be there for autographs and photos. There will be after parties Friday and Saturday nights at a location to be announced at the show.
